Hello everyone!
You remember the article “car from a simple box” there I told you to keep the lid of the box for another game. This is the game! A simple game, but one that will test our abilities to hit the target with paper airplanes. A fun game that we can play both outside and at home, on a rainy day.
requirements
- cardboard sheet
- wrapping paper
- various round shapes
- marker
- pencil
- glue
- scissors
how to proceed
1. First you can choose a larger or smaller sheet of cardboard, depending on how big you want the game to be.
First time we will draw the outline of the chosen round shapes (whose diameters must be increasing) on the cardboard sheet.
2. We will cut all the round shapes with the cutter, obtaining empty circles on our cardboard sheet.
3. In the meantime, you can cut the wrapping paper with which we will cover the cardboard sheet, to give it personality.
4. Cover the entire surface of the cardboard with glue, and we will stick the wrapping paper over it.
5. After gluing, we will have to cut the wrapping paper so that we get the goals needed for the game. We cut it as you can see in the pictures below.
6. After we cut and paste everything, we will have to write the score on the game. The bigest hole will have the lowest score, and the smallest hole will have the highest score.
And now, at play!
*** You also need paper airplanes, if you don’t know how to make paper airplanes anymore, you can find a guide here.
how to play
The game board is supported by a table leg, chair, etc. and an attempt will be made to score as many points as possible from a certain predetermined distance.
Each circle has a score, so through which circle the plane passes, you get so many points. Each child has as many trials as you want.
If you play with older children, then it is worth competing and playing on the score, this will motivate them to focus better and bring the task to a good end.
If you play with younger children, it is satisfying enough if they manage to introduce the plane through one of the circles … the score will not be understood anyway …
We were 7 and 3 years old, so we just tried to introduce the planes in circles. 🙂
Morala jocului
If we manage to introduce the plane through a smaller circle, we will have a higher score, just like when you are subjected to greater challenges (to listen immediately when your mother tells you something, not to say I don’t want to, etc.) and you succeed, your reward will be greater in Heaven.
